This is beautifully vulnerable and aching with truth. It reads like a prayer for tenderness, for love that heals instead of harms. Your words carry both strength and exhaustion, the kind of honesty that comes only from having survived too much. “Don’t touch me if you don’t mean it” feels like both a plea and a boundary, the raw heart of the piece.
